So, welcome to the sandbox S2: I know you’ll do brilliantly! This project was a great one from the simple fact I wish I could write Joe and Monique Spears a check tomorrow to buy their wonderful reconstructed live-work townhome and move on in. And most importantly, I’ve had a running professional and personal relationship with the members of S2 for a decade now, and the Roaring Fork design community has only been made better through their talent and design contributions over the years. Monique, owner of the landscape design practice Elements, has been instrumental to many 1 Friday projects, and I in return have had the fine opportunity to assist her own marketing and portfolio needs. Joe, now a Studio B alumnus as myself, is a force whether working on a design concept or in the field, which is the route Rowhouse underwent for its transformation.
